We see the big picture and bring accuracy and precise specifications to the schematics used by all building industry professionals.

DESIGN AND BUILD

Our full-service design and build modality is where where we thrive. A design-build contract means that you will be working with PDB as your single point of contact. We manage all aspects of the project including architecture, engineering, property development and all construction services from start to finish. This delivery method streamlines your project, saving time and costs along the way.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

For the architect who needs a capable and responsible build team to bring their project to life, we're your team. We collaborate with your designers and draftsman, and will accurately schedule and supervise all subcontractors and trade partners throughout the entire project.

PDB Commerical is part of the Paquin Design Build Corporate family. Established in 2004, Paquin Design Build has primarily focused on the design and construction of custom, luxury, residential homes. In 2015, with an exemplary reputation in the industry, we recognized the need for well designed, quality-constructed commer-cial structures and began our expansion into that arena. Our portfolio now includes the design and construction of mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and agricultural commercial structures.

The rendering above is the future corporate office of the Paquin Companies which is adjacent to Route 50 in Grasonville, MD. The building is currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in the Spring of 2024. It will be home to Paquin Design Build, Beacon Pointe Homes, Paquin Interiors and PDB Commercial. The structure will include office and conference rooms, a kitchen and bath designer showroom, and warehouse space.
